Introduction

Welcome to Big Catz

Big Catz was born from something much bigger than fishing; it started with family.

As a family who loves the outdoors, we spent countless days enjoying nature and making memories together. During one of those outings, one of our sons developed a special interest in fishing. What started as simple curiosity quickly grew into a passion, and before long, the entire family was joining in on the adventure.

Together, we spent countless hours on the water learning the traditions of trotline fishing - discovering how to set lines, choose the right bait, read the water, and understand what it takes to consistently catch those Big Catz. With every trip came new lessons, new stories, and a deeper appreciation for the outdoors.

Those days on the water became more than fishing trips. They became opportunities to bond as a family, teach life lessons, create lasting memories, and share experiences that brought us closer together. There is something special about checking a trotline at sunrise and seeing the excitement on your children’s faces as they discover what the line has waiting.

At Big Catz, we believe fishing is about more than the catch. It’s about family, tradition, patience, hard work, and the satisfaction of providing food for the people you love. There is nothing quite like enjoying fresh fish caught that morning and served around the family table that evening.

Our mission is to help other families create those same unforgettable moments. Whether you’re setting your first trotline, teaching the next generation, or chasing trophy-sized catfish, we’re committed to providing quality products that help make every trip successful.

Big Catz is built on family values, outdoor traditions, and a passion for catfishing. From our family to yours, thank you for being part of the Big Catz community. We hope our products help you create memories, strengthen family bonds, and enjoy the simple rewards that come from time spent together on the water.

Because the best part of catching Big Catz isn’t the fish itself—it’s the memories made along the way.
